Eastern Elementary students are learning about future, post-graduation options! Over the next two months, I will be working to help students think about what they want to do after they graduate high school. We are learning about the options of Enrollment in Education, Enlistment, and Employment! Attention Parents, Guardians, and Community Members! I am asking for YOUR help! If you are willing, please make a video telling about your current job and what path you took to get where you are. I have done this in the past the kids have enjoyed seeing their family and community members in the videos while also learning about career options. Another option is for you to video your student telling about what career they would like to have when they grow up! Note: Videos will NOT go on the district website. They will only be shown on our Eagle News program for K-6 students to see. The videos below are only meant to serve as examples. In the video, please answer the following questions: 1. Why did you choose your career path? 2. What training or education do you need or did you complete? 3. What does a normal day look like for your career? Videos can be submitted to me via my email address or shared via google. You may also submit them by creating a YouTube video and link and marking it as private. Then you can share the YouTube link with me. I have attached a couple videos that have been submitted to get the creative ideas flowing! Thanks in advance! The community support that we receive makes Eastern Elementary an even more wonderful place for our kids to grow and learn!
