AIR Math and English Language Arts

AIR Math, English Language Arts, and Science

(Spring, during the year in which a student takes the following courses)

• Biology

• American History

• Government

• Algebra 1

• Geometry

• English 10

The AIR elementary and middle school tests are used to determine a student's growth in a given year and subject area. The results of the AIR tests in elementary and middle school are not punitive for students. Regarding the high school tests, students must meet a competency score of 684 or higher on the Algebra I and English 10 exams. Graduation information in greater detail is available on the guidance page. The results of the above assessments will be made available to all parents once the state of Ohio has released the scores. For most exams (Third Grade Reading Guarantee is an exception), this is in the fall of the tested year.
