On Tuesday 11/22, four Eastern FFA members tackled their very first FFA event. Students gathered with 10 local FFA chapters to build their leadership and communication skills. During this time students learned about team-building, how to be a helpful asset to the community around them and a leader within their school. After some leadership activities, students were able to play a friendly game of dodgeball against the other FFA chapters. FFA members stated that they feel they are equipped to encourage students to become leaders and are eager to continue their FFA journey. Along with their advisor, Ms. Risner, EHS students attending the event were Seth Collins, Eli Dotson, Victoria Driggs & Bralyn Young.
