We are so proud of our National Honor Society Students as they recently assisted with the Meigs County Armed Forces Banner Project. They sorted by banners by town and verified information for nearly 200 banners, as well as unboxing and pre-assembling the same amount of bracket sets to facilitate their immediate use. One of the main project goals is to reach our youth in understanding the vast number of military veterans in Meigs County and fostering an appreciation for their lives and service. The Meigs County Armed Forces Banner Project group appreciated their assistance and were impressed with their excellent work ethic. They expressed their gratitude as well to Mr Thompson for not only molding a great group of student citizens but for his assistance as well to the project.
