Tuesday night the Eastern Eagles JV and Varsity boys both had big wins over Alexander. The community showed amazing support for the boys as they always do.
They also showed their support and respect for Mr. Dennis Eichingner who was honored as the newest member to the Eastern Athletic Hall of Fame. The crowd also showed their love and support for long time voice of the Eagles Mr. Randy Wachter who was awarded the OHSAA friend of youth award. The biggest applause and support, though came for another special Eagle.
Through the efforts of several volunteers and organizations working together they were able to bring in $1,162 for Hunter Holter’s family.
Along with the Proceeds from the Southern tornadoes/ Eastern Eagle game, that is a little over $2,000 in donations from our local schools. We were lucky enough to have Turn It Gold OU present and Passion Works Studio information presented, along side BraylynStrong Childhood Cancer Awareness Scholarship, all organizations helping raise awareness and funds for this amazing family.
