Sealed bids will be received by the Eastern Local School District Board of Education as provided in this notice for the HVAC Unit Replacement Project. Questions may be directed to and electronic copies of the Contract Documents, which include additional details, are on file and available by contacting Tony Schorr, Schorr Architects, Inc., at tschorr@schorrarchitects.com with a copy to Nick Dettwiller, Superintendent, at ndettwiller@easternlocal.net.
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Eastern Local School District Board of Education, ATTN: Lisa Ritchie, Treasurer/ CFO, 50008 State Route 681, Reedsville, Ohio 45772, and plainly marked on the outside "[BIDDER NAME] EASTERN LSD – HVAC UNIT REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 12:00 p.m., local time April 7, 2023.
A pre-bid conference will be held on March 27, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at the Eastern Local School District’s office.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
